摘要
报道克罗米芬治疗少精症120例疗效观察结果,探讨了克罗米芬治疗的适应症、剂量以及疗程安排。作者认为:克罗米芬对特发性少精症疗效最佳。临床推荐剂量为1OOmg问服,疗程以4～6个月为宜。克罗米芬试验是提高疗效的有效方法。
The therapeutic effect of clomiphene in 120 cases of oligospermic infertile males was observed. The indication, dosage and duration of treatment were discussed. Clomiphene was the drug of choice in the treatment of infertile men with idiopathic oligospermia. A three-week dosage of 100mg daily was reco mmended. Duration of 4-6 months was appropriate. Clomiphene test was an effective method of improving therapeutic effect.
