摘要
南昌电厂SG42 0t/h锅炉是按带基本负荷设计的。为了适应电网调峰的需要 ,使锅炉能够适应低负荷燃烧工况 ,采用浙江大学的大量程、变负荷、浓稀相煤粉燃烧装置对原燃烧器进行了改造。改造后使一次风分成浓相和稀相分别送入炉膛 ,达到稳定燃烧的目的。改后试验结果较好 ,锅炉可在 5 0 %负荷下全脱油稳定燃烧。
A SG 420t/h bolier in Nanchang power plant was designed for base load operation.To meet peak load operation requirement the boiler was retrofitted With lare range,load changeable,dense and thin pc burners.The results show that the boiler has a very stable operation without oil supporting under 50% load.
