摘要
局部放电特性是电机绝缘状态的重要指标之一。研制的发电机放电在线监测系统实现了对大型发电机放电的多点监测。四个通道的放电信号经放大、滤波、低速采样,以及其中两个通道的信号经放大、高速采样,再由单片机整理并送入微机,经分析,处理后形成放电Q-t图、N-Q-Φ三维谱图、N-Q、Q-Φ谱图以及放电波形图、幅频特性,为电机绝缘状态现场分析提供依据。系统能长时间在线自动监测最大放电量变化趋势,放电量越限时及时报警。
The feature of partial discharge is an important aspect of generator insulation.This paper introduced an on line,multiple channels discharge monitoring system for generators.Four channels of discharge signal are amplified,filtered,and sampled with low sampling rate and two of them are sampled with high sampling rate.After being organized by a micro controller system,the signal is sent to a personal computer in which the data,after the analysis and process,can form discharge Q t diagram, N Q Φ,N Q,Q Φ pattern chart,waveform graph and frequency spectrum which provide evidence to the field analysis of generator insulation.The system can be used in automatic long term on line monitoring,with maximum discharge trend report and over range discharge alarm.
