摘要
淋巴液使太鼠心室肌细胞动作电位APD_(90)、APD_(50)显著延长,这种作用可被Ca^(2+)阻断剂阻断,而对动作电位RP、SP_0D、APA无明显影响。提示:淋巴液可直接作用于心肌细胞,增加心肌收缩力,提高心脏泵血功能。
The effect of lymph on rat ventricular muscles with intracellular microelectrode was studied. The results showed that lymph could prelonged action potential duration at 90 % and 50 % repolarization (P < 0.05), this effects could be blocked by verapamil, But exerted no significace on APA and SP0D. This findings suggest that lymph could increase cardiac output directly.
