摘要
为了解铬对接触工人子代智力的影响,采用美国丹佛智力筛查法(DDST),对接铬工人的58名子女与48名对照儿童进行了智力发育检查。结果表明,接触组作业环境空气中铬浓度为0012~0046mg/m3。接触组儿童的动作能、应物能、言语能和应人能4个项目的智力发育水平均显著低于对照组(P<005或P<001),其中以应物能(细动作能)最敏感。提示铬作业对子代智力发育可能存有不良影响。
To study the effects of chromium on intelligence development of offspring from exposed parents.Methods:an intelligence assay method (DDTS) from American was used.The intelligence levels of 58 offspring from exposed workers and 48 control children were examined.Results:The chromium concentration of air in workplace in the exposed group was 0 012 to 0 046mg/m 3.The intelligence development levels in four items,i.e.motor behavior,adaptive behavior,language hehavior,and personal social behavior,in the exposed group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0 05 or P<0 01).Among the four indices,the adaptive behavior is the most sensitive.Conclusion:It is possible that parents exposed to chromium could result in adverse effects on their offspring' intelligence development.
