摘要
我院自１９９５年８月以来，用彩色多普勒超声检查诊断胰腺结核４例，并经手术病理检查证实，现报告如下。４例均为我院门诊及住院患者，男３例，女１例，年龄２４～７１岁，３５岁以下３例。临床主要表现为低热、乏力、食欲不振、上腹隐痛。其中１例于左上腹部可触及包块...
