摘要
为了探讨枸杞对皮肤及表皮郎格罕细胞（Ｌａｎｇｅｒｈａｎｓｃｅｌ，ＬＣ）的影响，将单味中药枸杞提取液溶于硅霜中，外涂小鼠皮肤。结果：枸杞提取液促进小鼠表皮ＬＣ数量增多、表达Ｉａ抗原功能增强；图像分析表明枸杞对真皮组织内胶原纤维、弹性纤维及ＤＮＡ含量均有促进作用。提示外用枸杞提取液有增加小鼠表皮ＬＣ数量。
