摘要
基于2004年河南省农村饮水安全调查资料,从水量、水质和供水状况3个方面筛选12个代表性指标,采用基于层次分析的模糊综合评价法对河南省农村饮水安全状况进行评价,并与基于熵权的模糊物元法和改进的熵权法进行对照。评价结果为:河南省农村饮水水量状况处于安全级别,但水质、供水和综合状况均处在基本安全级别。通过对河南省18个省辖市及130个县(区)进行评价,以ARCGIS平台,分别得到农村饮水安全分布图和分区图,在此基础上给出了改善农村饮水安全状况的建议和对策。
Based on the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the rural drinking water safety level was evaluated in 2004 in Henan Province.Results showed that the state of water quality,water supply and integrated situation were in basic safety,and the water quantity was in the security level,while the safety states of water quality and water supply of Henan Province were in low safety situation.The 18 cities and 130 counties and districts of Henan provinces were also evaluated,and the corresponding countermeasures were applied in accordance with the evaluation of the results.The zoning maps of rural drinking water safety were plotted and strategies for improving rural drinking water safety of the Henan province were suggested.
