摘要
采用提拉法生长出了尺寸为Φ20 mm×40 mm的Nd3+掺杂GdYCa4O(BO3)3的激光晶体。用氙灯为泵浦源,对Nd3+:GdYCa4O(BO3)3晶体的脉冲激光特性进行了研究。氙灯泵浦Nd3+:GdYCa4O(BO3)3晶体在1.06μm波段获得了1.73m J的输出,总效率为ηo=0.012%,最低能量阈值为5.03J,并对结果进行了讨论。
Nd^3+-doped GdYCa4O(BO3)3 crystal with size of Φ20 mm×40 mm were grown by Czochralski method.The primary pulse lasing characteristics of Nd^3+-doped GdYCa4O(BO3)3 crystals pumped by a single Xenon flash-lamp were investigated.The maximum laser output of Nd^3+:GdYCa4O(BO3)3 was 1.73 mJ at 1.06 μm pumped by a single Xenon flash-lamp when the input energy was 14.93 J and the transmission of output mirror was 3.5%,the laser energy threshold value Eth was 5.03 J.Its overall efficiencies were 0.012%.
