摘要
为了优化射流乳化器的结构参数,对最优结果进行了单因素分析,运用CILAS 1064高精度激光粒度分析仪对乳化效果进行粒度和比表面积测定。试验结果表明喷嘴离喉管的距离、给入水流的压力是影响乳化效果的显著性因素,各因素对乳化效果的影响规律为:给入压力(喷嘴和喉管之间的距离(喉管长度(喷嘴直径(药剂流量。试验获得的最佳射流乳化效果是油滴比表面积为3 541.57 cm2/g,当喷嘴和喉管之间的距离为4mm、喉管长度为55mm、喷嘴直径为6mm、药剂流量为45kg/h时,射流乳化效果最好。
To optimizing structure parameter of jet emulsifier and make single factor analysis on optimization result, the CILAS 1064 high precision laser grain size analyzer was used to measure the size and specific surface area of emulsified result. Result shows that the important factors witch affecting the emulsifying result were distance between jet nozzle and throat, and pressure of feeding water, the affecting law of each factor on emulsifying result were feeding pressure ﹥distance between jet nozzle and throat ﹥length of throat ﹥diameter of jet nozzle﹥flow rate of reagent. With the distance between jet nozzle and throat is 4mm, length of throat is 55mm, and diameter of nozzle is 6mm and the flow rate of reagent is 45kg/h, the best result of specific surface area of drop of oil 3541.57cm2 was reached.
