频变负阻模拟有源滤波器的设计

摘要 本文采用结构简单的单运放元件阻抗模拟器设计频变负阻模拟有源滤波器,引出“带耗2阶容抗”概念.用带耗2阶容抗实现有源滤波器时,损耗对滤波器特性影响严重.本文提出采用阻抗标定法引进一个设计参数,适当选择参数可降低损耗影响.通过实例说明频变负阻模拟有源滤波器的设计过程和实验结果.此方法也适用于其它滤波器的设计. A component impedance simulator composed of a single operational amplifier is presented. The circuit, which can be used to design Frequency Dependent Negative Resistance (FDNR) simulated active filter,has advantage of the simple structure,however the FDNR simulator is lossy. If it is applied to the active filters, the dissipation has bad effect on the performance of filters. In this paper, A design parameter is introduced by using the impedance scaling. The suitable choice of parameter can decrease the dissipative effect. The design procedure and experimental results of the FDNR active filter is illustrated by a practical example. The method is also suitable for the design of the other filters.
