摘要
民营企业因其自身强烈的利益驱动性,往往导致对社会责任的漠视。在研究民营企业缺失社会责任的表现及其成因的前提下,结合河北省部分民营企业社会责任履行的现状,提出完善民营企业承担社会责任的机制,以期对我省民营企业的可持续发展提供借鉴。
Private enterprise is strongly interest-motivated, which often leads to the ignorance of its social responsibility. The article firstly studied the manifestations and causes for lacking of social responsibility of private enterprise, and combined with the present situation of private enterprise of Hebei province, proposed the mechanism of fulfilling the social responsibility in order to provide reference for the sustainable development of private enterprises.
