摘要
对AZ31镁合金的循环热处理进行了研究,在275℃~325℃的范围内进行了试验,分析了晶粒细化的机制,得出了在275℃二次循环晶粒尺寸最小的结构。在300℃、325℃时,在一次热处理时,晶粒尺寸得到了细化,组织较原始组织均匀,但二次、三次循环晶粒尺寸变化不大,并且有长大的趋势。同时探讨了细小晶粒对扩散连接实验的影响。
The circulation heat treatment of AZ31 magnesium has been studied in the text in range of 275℃ to 325℃. Mechanism of grain refinement has been analyzed. It is gained that the size of grain is the smallest in 275℃ in two circulations. However, the size of grain has been refined which becomes more symmetrical than original size in 300℃ and 325 ℃ in one treatment. Grain size has been almost invariability and has direction of the growth in two and three circulations. At the same time, 'affection of tiny grain in diffusion bonding has been discussed.
