摘要
通过对比分析,探讨了乒乓球徒手练习在学生熟练掌握乒乓球技术动作中的重要作用,提出了如何通过徒手练习提高学生乒乓球技术动作掌握程度的建议。
This paper discusses the importance of table tennis free-hand practice in students＇ mastery of table tennis technical movements, and provides suggestions of improving the efficiency of mastering table tennis technical movement.
