摘要
综合现有多种单模光纤传输特性的分析和测试方法,通过高分辨率的近场分布测量,实现了一次性确定单模光纤多种传输特性的测试方法。测试系统的极限分辨率为0.8μm(1.29μm波长)和0.94μm(1.52μm波长),为全面测定和分析单模光纤的传输特性提供了一个简单而迅速的方法。
After synthesizing many existing analysis and measurement methods of transmission characteristics of single mode optical fiber, we had been realized the measurement of all transmission characteristics of single mode optical fiber at tong wavelength by high resolution near-field measurement through one time measurement only. The Iimiting resolutions of measuring system are 0,8μm(at 1.29μtm wavelength) and 0.94μm(at 1.52μm wavelength) respectively. This research work provides a quick and simple method to measure and analyse all the transmission characteristics of the single mode optical fiber.
