摘要
根据攀钢资源状况,进行了烧结矿部分碱度向球团矿转移,采用不同配矿结构与提高球团碱度的试验研究。球团碱度为0.4,0.6,0.8,"钒钛精矿+普通精矿"与"全钒钛精矿"两种方案分别做平行试验。试验结果表明钒钛精矿+普通精矿,不用膨润土,用消石灰为添加剂能生产满意的碱性球团。为目前单一酸性球团的生产方式开辟了新途径,而全钒钛矿精矿只适合于添加膨润土生产酸性球团。试验表明碱度为0.4、0.6的碱性球团生球性能可满足焙烧要求,在优化焙烧制度下成品球抗压强度、还原膨胀指数、冶金性能良好,均能满足高炉冶炼需要。生产碱性球团为降低烧结矿碱度,改善炉料结构创造了条件。
The experimention research was performed for increasing pellet basicity by transfering sinter portion basicity to pellet according to PAN GANG resources condition. The laboratory parallel experiment have been completed for two kinds of schemes with "v - ti concentrates + general concentrates" and "all V -Ti concentrates" for different ore matching structure and rising pellet alkalinity to 0. 4,0. 6, 0. 8 at the same time. The result indicates that can produce satisfacted pellet by "V - Ti concentrates + general concentrates" using hydrated lime but not bentonite, what develops a new path currently owing to the single production mode of acidity pellet, and but all V - Ti concentrates only fit to produce acid pellet with bentonite. The greeball property of alkalinity 0. 4 and 0.6 can satisfy to request for roasting, and compressive strength, reduction expansion index, metallurgy property of finished product pellet all can fit the demand for blast furnace melting. The condition will be created by producing basic pellet in order to improve burden structure.
