摘要
分别用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和热重分析仪(TG-DSC)对神华宁煤集团水煤浆用煤煤灰物相组成、形貌特征和灰熔性特征进行分析.结果表明,原料煤煤灰由方解石、石膏、石英、赤铁矿和金红石组成,而洗精煤煤灰由主要由方解石、石膏和石英三种矿物组成.洗精煤煤灰灰熔温度高于原料煤灰45℃,主要是由于原料煤灰中含有赤铁矿等成分所致.
Coal-ash is the remains of coal after burning completely. The research was mainly emphasised on the mineral components, character of external appearance and melting point of coal-ash from Shenhua-ningmei group by means of XRD, SEM and TG-DSC. The result showed that the coal-ash of YLM is composed of calcite, gypsum, quqrtz, haematite and rutile while ash of XJM is mainly composed of calcite, gypsum and quqrtz. The ash-melting point of XJM is about 45 C higher than that of YLM, which is largely because of haematite and rutilein the ash of YLM.
