基于Pro/E Wildfire 3.0平台的精确建模功能,根据渐开线圆柱齿轮的形成原理,推导出了构成直齿圆柱齿轮渐开线的参数方程,通过方程建立精确的渐开线齿轮齿廓,实现渐开线圆柱齿轮的三维造型,为该产品的进一步设计、分析和制造提供依据。
The geometric model of involute cylindrical gears is developed by taking Pro/E 3.0 as a platform. Based on the formation principle of involute cylindrical gear, infer the parametric equation on concering the involute cylindrical gears. The involute profile is produced by the parametric equation. The 3D model of the involute cylindrical gears is produced, which go a step further for providing the gist forther designing, analyzing and constructing of the product.
