摘要
根据工艺设计要求,对某加氢装置重沸炉转油线的设计特点进行了讨论,对应力计算的结果进行了汇总。结果表明:当炉管与转油线联系起来统一考虑时,既能利用出口炉管端部的位移来吸收转油线的热位移,也能满足炉管应力的计算要求。
The article gives a chance to discuss some features in design of reboiler oil return pipeline with respect to process design and a summary of results of stress calculation is made. It shows that heat displacement of the oil return line can be absorbed by using displacement at the end of outlet tube when the tube and the oil return line are considered together, and at the same time, requirement of stress calculation for the tube can be met.
