摘要
以IS80-65-160离心泵为研究对象,以计算流体力学软件FLUENT为工具,采用标准k-ε湍流模型、SIMPLE算法和多重参考坐标系对离心泵设计工况和非设计工况进行定常三维数值模拟。分析了离心泵内部流动和外特性的变化,提出了定常性能曲线分区方法。
IS80-65-160 pump was investigated, by using computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT. The standard k-ε turbulent model, the SIMPLE algorithm and the multiple reference frame were applied to simulate the three dimensional flow in the centrifugal pump at design and off-design conditions. The internal flow and the external performances of the centrifugal pump were analyzed. The partition method of the steady performance curve was proposed.
