摘要
以磷酸浓度、升温速率、稳定化温度以及稳定化时间作为竹材碳纤维原丝稳定化工艺的影响因素进行正交试验,测定不同试验条件下的原丝力学性能,采用极差分析方法对试验结果进行分析讨论,得出最优的稳定化工艺条件为:磷酸浓度18.5%,升温速率5℃/h,稳定化温度85℃,稳定化时间2h。
An orthogonal test is conducted, with phosphoric acid consistency, temperature rising rate, stabilizing temperature and stabilizing time as influential factors, to determine the fiber mechanical properties at different testing conditions. The test results are analyzed and discussed using range analysis method, obtaining the optimal process condition as follows: phosphoric acid consistency is 18.5%, temperature rising rate is 5 ℃/h, stabilizing temperature is 85 ℃ and stabilizing time is 2h.
