穿心莲内酯对大鼠心肌肥厚及抗氧化作用的影响 被引量:17

摘要 目的观察穿心莲内酯对异丙肾上腺素(ISO)所致大鼠心肌肥厚的保护作用并探讨其对抗氧化作用的影响。方法采用ISO 1 mg.kg-1.d-1,背部皮下注射,连续10 d,建立大鼠心肌肥厚模型。造模第2天开始给大鼠皮下注射不同浓度的穿心莲内酯、溶剂或NS,连续14 d。取心脏称重后计算全心重量指数及左心室重量参数;取血,分离血清,测定血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果大鼠心肌肥厚模型组心脏重量参数及左心室重量指数明显提高,血清LDH、CK活性及MDA含量升高,SOD活性降低;与模型组相比,穿心莲内酯治疗组左心室重量指数及心脏重量参数下降,血清SOD活性显著升高、MDA含量降低、LDH及CK活性降低。结论穿心莲内酯对ISO所致大鼠心肌肥厚具有保护作用,其作用机制与提高大鼠的抗氧化能力有关。
