摘要
目的:提高门诊处方质量,促进临床合理用药。方法:随机抽取我院2007年3600张门诊处方,逐一进行审查,对存在的问题进行统计、分析。结果:不规范处方3314张,占总处方数的92.06%;错误总例数10014例,其中前记错误4102例,正文错误5719例,不合理用药193例。结论:临床医师、药师应加强药学、医学知识的学习,以提高处方质量。
OBJECTIVE： To improve the quality of outpatient prescriptions and promote clinical rational drug use. METHODS： 3 600 outpatient prescriptions prescribed in our hospital in 2007 were randomly sampled for statistical analysis of the problems manifested in the prescriptions. RESULTS： Of the 3 600 outpatient prescriptions reviewed, 3 314（92.06% ） were nonstandard; the errors totaled 10 014 cases/times, of which, 4 102 were foreword errors and 5 719 were errors in normal text. The irrational use totaled 193 cases/ times. CONCLUSION： Clinician and pharmacists should attach importance to the learning of pharmaceutical and medical knowledge so as to improve prescription quality.
