摘要
石油井架构件的应力和抗力在不同程度上都具有模糊性,都属模糊变量。采用模糊可靠性理论来评定并架构件的模糊可靠度,既能反映实际存在的模糊性和随机性,又能较好地融入专家的经验,使评定结果与实际尽可能相接近。为此,讨论了井架构件应力和抗力的概率分布规律,即构件应力为正态分布或近似正态分布,抗力通常为对数正态分布。就某一井架而言,因构件材料、截面尺寸已经确定,故已失去随机性,其抗力可通过测试得到。在忽略抗力的随机性而主要考虑其模糊性的前提下,给出了井架构件模糊可靠度的评定方法及计算实例。
The stress and resistance of drilling detrick components are fuzzy variables. The probability distribution pattem ofthe shess and resistance of the components is analyzed. The stress distribution of the components is nonnal distribution orapproximate normal distrihution, and the resistance distribution is generally logari thinic normal distribution. As for a cer-tain drilling derrick, the material and the size of the cross section of the component are given, therefore there is no ran-domness, and the resistance can be obtrined by means of test. The method for evaluating the fuzzy reliability of derrickcomponts is offered, and an example of calculation is plesented.
