摘要
考察了光管温度和尾吹等因素对气相色谱傅里叶变换红外光谱联机检测(GC/FTIR)的影响。以烷基酚混合物为分析样品,得出了GC/FTIR操作的最佳条件。光管温度越低,信号强度越高,噪音越低;样品组成不太复杂时,用中粗毛细柱,载气流量在2ml/min左右时,可不加尾吹。GC/FTIR对同分异构体的鉴定比GC/MS可靠。通过分析烷基酚混合物,进行谱库检索,鉴定了混合物中的8种化合物,与标准谱图匹配相当好。
