中小板高新技术行业上市公司高管背景特征与经营绩效关系的研究被引量：23

摘要高层管理者承担着制订和实施企业战略的使命,对企业经营绩效和发展至关重要。研究了中小板高新技术行业上市公司高管背景特征与经营绩效的关系,结果显示高管背景特征影响了公司经营绩效。其中,高层管理者的教育背景、海外背景、任期和持股比例对公司经营绩效有显著性正的影响,而高层管理者的年龄、性别、政治背景、专业背景对经营绩效影响不显著性。
