摘要
大庆油田实施聚合物驱油以后,使得含有聚合物原油采出液形成了稳定的乳状液,采用常规破乳剂已无法解决破乳脱水的难题,严重影响了原油脱水生产和商品油的质量。针对生产中这一难题,在室内通过采用不同分子结构破乳剂,并根据“协同效应”原理,研制出了FPW320破乳剂。室内经用不同聚合物含量的原油乳状液破乳脱水效果表明,提高了破乳速度,降低了脱后污水含油量,并且减少了乳化层的产生。该剂经在大庆油田最大的聚合物驱原油采出液处理站──北十三联合站推广使用,在原油采出液中聚合物含量90-130mg/L,破乳剂用量每天可节约200kg以上,脱后污水中含油量降低了100mg/L,降低电脱水器电流40mA,并且解决了电脱水器的波动,烧硅片、保险等影响脱水生产的难题,保证了原油脱水生产的正常运行和商品油质量。
After carrying out polymer drive in Daqing oilfield, the crude produced fluid contains polymer and forms stable emulsion. In accordance with the problems ,using demulsifying agents having various molicular structures and according'co-operative effet' principle, FPW320 demulsifying agent has developed. Indoor curde emulsion demulsifying dehydration test of the FPW 320 to various polymer cut shows that when increasing dehydration speed, the after dehydration oil cut in sewage decreases and the emergence of emulsion layer decreases. Extending FPW320 to North No13combination stantion when polymer cut in crude produed fluid 90 ~ 130 mg/L save demulsifying agent over 200kg/d,after dehydration oil cut in sewage less than 100mg/L, electric current of dehydrator decreases 40mA, ensures crudedehydration operation smoothly and the quality of commercial oil.
