摘要由于用户学历的不同,用户有着不同的知识结构、思维方式、行为习惯,因而也就存在着差异性的需求。这些差异有可能导致不同特征的用户在面对提供的电子资源时,有着不同的信息行为偏好。本文通过对NSTL用户进行问卷调查,对用户学历与文献服务进行关联分析,探讨了中国电子资源用户信息行为的一些特点,为图书馆的电子资源建设和电子资源提供商的运营提供参考。 Because the users of the different education, users with different education have dissimilar knowledge structures, thinking mode and behavior habits, and thus they have differences in demand. These differnces may lead to dissimilar information behavior preferences when different users face the available electronic resources. This paper explores the characteristics of electronic resource users information behavior in China through a questionnaire survey of NSTL users as well as some correlation analyses between the users education and literature service, which can provide a reference for the construction of electronic resources in libraries and the operation of electronic resource providers.
