探讨了“中方以现有所有者权益入股，外方按相应股比投入资金和技术，合资双方以现有生产装置（或现有企业）为基础建立合资企业”的技术经济评价方法及其评价中的具体问题，为此类合资项目的技术经济评价提供依据，使该类合资项目的技术经济评价方法、指标和结论更具真实性、科学性、客观性、可靠性。
The paper discussed the method of , and the practical problems in techno-economic evaluation inthe case of that 'the Chinese side becomes shareholder with existing owner's rights and interests, theforeign side invests capital and technology with an equivalent ratio, and both sides of investors establish joint ventures on the basis of existing production equipment or enterprises. ' The method discussed supplies a basis, so that the method, indicators and conclusions of techno-economic evaluationof such joint ventures will be more real, scientific, objective and reliable.
