摘要
公差分析是产品规范设计的重要内容,影响产品最终性能。研究了小位移旋量的公差建模方法,随机取值模拟配合表面在公差域内的变动。沿装配路径,采用齐次坐标逐步变换求解装配体封闭环相对全局坐标的变动,进行了三维公差分析,利用一定规模的模拟样本表现累积误差的分布形式。用实例验证了方法的有效性。
Tolerances analysis is the most important task in the procedure of specification designing of product,and influences the capability of end product. Tolerances modeling based on small displacement torsors(SDT)was studied,and translation and rotation of the mating surfaces in the tolerance zone was sim- ulated by generated random number for the SDT vector. Followed from assembly route ,deviation of the closed loop from global coordinate system was calculated by Homogeneous coordinate Transformation Matrix from previous local coordinate system to subsequent one ,and the 3D tolerance analysis was achieved. Distribution of accumulative tolerances was visualized by adopted a numerous simulated samples. In application,availability of this method was proved successfully.
