摘要
为探讨大角度内斜视超常量内直肌后徙术的临床疗效，本文对３２例偏斜５０△～１１０△大角度内斜视行双眼内直肌后徙６～８ｍｍ，术后随访６～１８月（平均１２．６月），手术成功率达９０．６３％，无内收、辐辏明显受限及后发性外斜发生。结果表明，６～８ｍｍ超常量内直肌后徙是矫正大角度内斜的一种安全。
To investigate the effect of extra large recession of the medial recti in the treatment of large angle esotropia,thirty two patients with esotropic deviations of 50～110prism dioptres underwent 6～8mm bilateral medial rectus recessions.At the last follow up examination 6 to 18 months postoperatively(average 12 6 months),the success rate was 90 63%,Clinically significant limitation of adduction or convergence was not observed.The results indicate that 6～8mm recession of the medical recti is an effective and secure method for the correction of large angle esotropia.
