摘要
应用０．５％利多卡因液眼内麻醉顺利完成３１例白内障囊外摘除联合后房型人工晶体植入术，０．５％利多卡因眼内注射无明显毒性及并发症，我们认为０．５％利多卡因溶液眼内麻醉是白内障手术安全。
Using 0 5% lidocaine to anterior chamber for anesthesia,31 cases with ECCE and IOL implantation were comfortatble and pain free.We have had no signs of toxicity and complications.We concluded that anterior irrigation with 0 5% lidocaine provides safe,excellent anesthsia for cataract surgery.
