26例鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的分析鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的临床特征、近期疗效、远期生存以及影响预后的因素,为临床治疗提供经验。方法回顾性分析2005年2月～2008年10月本科收治的26例鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤患者的临床资料。结果完全缓解(CR)率为53.8%;部分缓解(PR)率为15.4%;稳定(SD)率为3.9%;进展(PD)率为26.9%。中位生存期24个月。Cox回归分析提示侵犯周围器官与预后有关。结论对早期鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤采用放化疗效果较好,但远期生存情况仍不满意,需进一步寻找提高鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤疗效的治疗方法。
