直肠拖出双吻合器超低位直肠癌保肛术的应用 被引量：4

摘要 目的评价以直肠拖出和双吻合器技术实施超低位直肠癌保肛手术的疗效。方法2004年10月～2008年10月利用直肠拖出和双吻合器保肛术,对15例超低位直肠癌患者行癌肿切除术。肿瘤下缘距肛缘4～7cm,平均5.5cm。Dukes分期:A期9例,B期5例,C期1例。结果15例均成功地保留了肛门和大便控制功能,术后发生1例(7.7%)吻合口狭窄。全组平均随访20个月,其中有1例(5.8%)局部复发。全部病例均存活;无排尿功能障碍;80.0%的男性患者和女性患者术后性功能良好。结论直肠拖出双吻合器保肛术安全可行,为超低位直肠癌患者提供了新的保肛术式选择。
