摘要
目的探讨心脏手术围术期脑功能的保护,及脑部并发症的预防和护理措施,减少脑损害的发生率。方法回顾性分析我院2003年6月—2006年12月298例心脏外科手术患者脑损害的预防和护理。结果本组有3例患者术后出现不同程度的脑损害,经积极治疗和精心护理后均无后遗症,预后良好。本组4例术后因其他并发症死亡,其余患者均治愈出院。结论通过对患者围术期的护理,总结脑损害的预防和护理的改进方法,以提高心脏外科手术的成功率。
Objective To reduce the rate of brain injure for patients with cardiac surgery by protecting the brain, preventing complication and nursing. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the date of 298 cases of cardiac surgery in our hospital from June 2003 to December 2006 .Results There were three cases of patients with varying degrees of brain damage,and they were taken active treatment and no sequelae . There were four cases of death due to other complications and other patients were cured and discharged.Conclusion The success rate of cardiosurgery is raised by caring in the perioperative period, summarizing and improving the prevention and care approach.
