摘要
介绍了低压脉冲袋式除尘器在6300 kVA半封闭式硅铁电炉烟气除尘系统中的应用,通过对铁合金半封闭式硅铁电炉烟气性质的分析,对除尘系统在运行过程中出现的问题以及解决方案进行了分析和阐述,最后指出低压脉冲袋式除尘器在半封闭式硅铁电炉除尘系统中使用时应该注意的问题。
The artide introduces the applieation of low pressure impulse jetting bag filter in controlling fume of 6 300 kVA semidosed ferro - silicon deetrie fumace and discusses the problems and solutions in the dedusting function system based on the deep analyses of the fume＇ scharactex in semiclosed ferrosilicon deetrie furnace. At last, the article points out some attentions in the use of low pressure impulse jetling bag filter in the dedusting system of semidosed ferro -silieon electric furnace.
