The orientation of ecology in psychology research claims that the human's psychology and activity should be researched in realistic environment. And psychology will not happen without the culture background, it will be formatted with mind and the world based on all the human activities. From the vision of orientation of ecology, we must adopt the viewpoint of system to research the mental health, as the psychology itself is an organic system. The level of mental development is just an aspect and we should not deal with the psychology by dissevering the connection. Any development of psychology is realized in a social ecology environment and psychological problems are not decided by single aspect but interacted with nature, society and interpersonal aspects. The nature of mental health I the unity of self balance and self - environment balance, and the two aspects of measuring the mental health are the self balance and self-environment balance.
