摘要
网络的迅速发展,使得网络文化在社会中的作用愈益重要。中国传统文化中的和谐思想对于建构和谐网络文化与和谐社会,具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。深厚的中国传统文化是构建和谐网络文化的思想基础,多元性文化的交融是和谐网络文化的基本要素。网络对于社会的负面效应不容忽视,网络文化的开放性和自由性易导致道德价值观念的多元化和民族意识的弱化;网络文化的"虚拟化"、"数字化"易导致道德人格的缺失;网络文化中的不良信息严重影响人们的是非判断和行为选择;网络游戏的充斥和诱惑导致人们"网络游戏成瘾",损害身心健康。有鉴于此,应加强和谐网络文化建设以利于形成与和谐社会相适应的精神文化基础,推动和谐社会的政治改革进程,促进社会主义经济的协调发展,振兴民族文化,维护人民群众的文化权益,丰富人民大众的精神世界;应通过建设社会主义核心价值体系,引领和谐网络文化建设;发扬中国传统文化,强化网络道德教育;加强和完善网络立法,用先进的思想文化占领网络文化阵地,正确引导舆论导向。
With the rapid development of network, network culture has played an increasingly important role in our society. The idea of harmony has significant theoretical value and practical significance in the construction of harmonious network culture and harmonious society. Profound traditional Chinese culture is the basis for a harmonious network culture, and a blend of diverse cultures serves as the basic elements. The openness and freedom of network culture tends to cause the multiplication of moral values and weakening of national consciousness. The ＂virtual reality＂ and ＂digitization＂ of network culture is likely to produce incomplete moral personality. The negative information from network seriously affects people~ judgments and behavior choices. The temptations of the flooding of network games result in people~ ＂network game addiction＂. Therefore, the construction of a harmonious network culture can facilitate the formation of a proper spiritual base, promote the political reform process of a harmonious society, improve the coordinated development of social economy, vitalize national culture, safeguard people＇s culture rights and enrich people＇s spiritual world. We should build core socialist value system to lead the construction of the network culture, develop traditional Chinese culture to strengthen the moral education, and perfect the network legislation and occupy the position of the network to provide a correct guideline to public opinions.
