摘要
目的：介绍ＶＹ系带成形术治疗阴茎系带过短的方法及手术效果。方法：在系带正中横向切断系带，近阴茎端沿包皮皱襞方向行Ｖ字形切开阴茎皮肤，两侧对称，然后行Ｙ形缝合。结果：７例患者术后伤口均一期愈合，系带松解充分，随访６例成年患者，阴茎勃起充分，性生活正常，性交无疼痛；１例儿童患者，阴茎系带长度延长充分。结论：ＶＹ系带成形术治疗阴茎系带过短，可恢复阴茎的正常外观，术后系带区感觉敏感性恢复快。
Objective:To introduce the method and result of V Y frenoplasty for short frenulum of prepuce.Methods:Cut across the frenulum in the middle point.Made an inverted “V” shape incision along the skin between prepuce and glans penis.Then sutured up the incision into an inverted “Y” shape.Results:In all 7 cases,the incisions healed in first stage. The new frenula of prepuce was long enough for erection. In follow up study of 6 cases,sexual activity is normal and painless.Conclusions:V Y frenoplasty is a practical method for treating short frenulum of prepuce.Their outward appearence of penis restore to normal,and the frenal region returns its sensibility after operation.
