摘要
应用红外数字化卫星资料及常规气象报告,建立了一个可作0—4小时区域和站点客观降水预报的工作系统。系统可在IBM-PC微机及兼容机上运行,能满足实时短时预报的要求。经过一年的实际运行检验,预报效果良好。
An operational system, which can be nsed to predict objectively the regional and point precipitation in four hours, has been established by using digital infrared satellite data and daily meteorological messages. The system can work on the IBM-pC computer, satisfying the requirement for real time forecasting. It is proved from the operational tests last year that the system is quite effective in forecasting.
