About the Chinese Factors in AFRICOM Establishment

摘要 在促使美国建立非洲司令部的动因中,中国因素占有重要位置。美国战略家依据现实主义理念,对中国挺进非洲的背景、特点、内容、影响,以及美国应对的必然性、可行性、方法和意义进行了深入研究,力图遏制和规范中国。 Chinese factors are important in the cause of establishing the United States Africa Command （AFRICOM）, of which, American strategists make a profound study in the light of realism, in terms of the background, characteristics, content and influence of Chinese engagement in Africa, as well as the necessity, feasibility, methodology and significance of American counter-measures to contain and regularize China.
