摘要
目的为了满足糖尿病患者的健康需求。方法对糖尿病患者健康教育的模式方法、心理、饮食、运动、药物、血糖监测、并发症及糖尿病专科护士的发展现状予以综述。结果经济发展和人民生活水平的提高以及健康教育和疾病防治的相对滞后,患糖尿病的人数和潜在高危人群呈不断上升趋势,对糖尿病进行有效的健康教育能弥补这种不足。结论良好的教育模式、方法和内容使糖尿病患者能得到更加科学、合理、有效的教育,同时为创新糖尿病健康教育模式提供了方向。
Objective In order to meet the health need of patients with diabetes. Methods This article summarized the mold, psychology, diet, sports, medicine, blood sugar detection and complication of health education of diabetes and the faculty nurse＇ s present situation. Results With economic development and people ＇ s living improved, disease control and health education lagged behind. The number of people with diabetes and potential high-risk groups showed a rising trend, efficient education can remedy it. Conclusion The good education enable patients with diabetes to get more scientific, rational and effective education and offer a innovative mold of diabetes health education.
