凋亡相关基因在乳腺癌的表达及其预后的关系 被引量:1

RELATIONSHIP OF APOPTOSIS-ASSOCIATED GENES EXPRESSION TO PROGNOSIS OF BREAST CANCER

摘要 目的探讨bcl-2蛋白表达与乳腺癌患者预后的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学染色对118例随访5年以上乳腺癌进行bcl-2和bax蛋白表达检测。结果bcl-2蛋白表达与乳腺癌组织学分级呈负相关,组织学Ⅰ级中bcl-2蛋白阳性占95%,显著高于Ⅱ级(61.7%)(P<O.01),Ⅱ级显著高于Ⅱ级(19.4%)(P<0.01)。bcl-2蛋白表达与乳腺癌患者预后亦密切相关,≥5年生存组bcl-2蛋白表达阳性为70.8%,显著高于<5年生存组(P<0.05)。bcl-2和bax蛋白同时表达状况与乳腺癌组织学分级和预后亦显著相关。而单一bax蛋白表达状况与组织学分级和预后无相关性。结论乳腺癌bcl-2蛋白表达阳性提示细胞凋亡机制障碍程度轻,癌细胞分化程度高以及有较好生物学行为。 PURPOSE Relationship of hcf-2 protein expression to prognosis of breast cancer patients is still controversialat present. METHODS In the present article, immunohistochemistry of hcl-2 and bax protein was performed in118 cases of breast cancer with 5 years or more follow--up. RESULTS Bcl--2 protein expression was found in histologic grade 1 95 % significantly higher than that in grade 1 61. 7% (P<0.01) ; and in grade Ⅲ to be 19.4%,lower than grade Ⅱ(P<O. 01). Bcl-2 positivity was shown to be 70. 8% in >5 years survivals (P<0. 05). Whensimultaneous expression of hcf-2 and bax protein was considered, their expression patterns were also correlatedwith histological grading and prognosis of breast cancer. The differences of bax protein expression alone in breastcancers with various histological gradings and prognosis were not statistically significant. CONCLUSION The results above suggested that hcf-2 protein expression represent a mild degree of apoptosis--associated regulation disorder,high differentiation and good biological behavior of breast cancer.
