摘要
结合钢结构住宅产业化的研究,设计了冷弯方钢管与H型钢梁的螺栓连接外套管式节点。为研究该种节点的抗震性能,进行了3个十字形足尺构件的低周反复试验。通过研究拟静力试验所得的滞回曲线求得该节点的等效阻尼比,并以此衡量其耗能能力。从恢复力特性曲线得到与一次加载相接近的骨架曲线、节点的初始刚度和刚度退化等参数。通过这些参数从强度、变形和能量等三方面判别和鉴定外套管式梁柱节点的抗震性能。
Based on the research of steel housing industry, a new outer-shell joint connecting cold- formed square tubular column and H-shaped steel beam with bolts is designed. To study the seismic performance of this joint, a quasi-static experiment under low reversed cyclic load of three cross-shaped outer-shell joint specimens is carried out. With the hysteretic hoops acquired from the experiment, the effective damping ratio of the joint, with which its energy dissipation can be weighted, is calculated. From the restoring force model curves some parameters can be obtained, such as skeleton curves, which were similar to the curves under static load, initial rigidities of the joint and rigidity degeneration etc. Based on this experiment, the seismic performance of outer-shell column-beam joint is appraised in respect of strength, deformation and energy dissipation.
