摘要
指寸定位法是临床常用的腧穴定位方法之一。现今书中新描述的三种指寸定位法应用部位有相近之处，但又有明显不同。笔者认为，三种指寸的长度标准一致，但全身各部骨度折量寸的长度不同。指寸定位法只有在一些特殊情况下或特殊的部位，当采用骨度折量定位法和体表解剖标志定位法难以定取腧穴时，方可作为以上两种定位法的补充，参考使用。
The use of the patient's fingers to define one cun is one of the commonly used methods to locate acupoints in clinical practice. In the books of the acupuncture, the applicability of the three kinds of finger cun varies according to anatomical regions. According to the authors' statistical data, the length of the three kinds of finger cun is the same, but the length of one cun defined by the proportional measurement method in different parts of the body is not the same. According to the result of the authors'research, the use of the finger measurement method is only applicable for acupoints where proportional measurement method or the use of anatomical landmarks is not convenient.
