摘要
本文阐述了标本根结理论及临床应用。现存标本理论的《灵枢·卫气》的篇名疑误，存在向心性循行的观点，且有重部不重穴的特点。根结理论中《灵枢·根结》篇为脱简残文，并存在衍文问题，腧穴较为明确，仍为向心性循行，五输穴的特点在根、溜、注、入中始见端倪。标本、根结存在联系。
According to the ancient documents, the chapter on defending Qi in Miraculous Pivot set forth the theory of 'Biaoben'. It is considered that the title of that chapter may be wrong. It has centripetal cycle viewpoint and pays more attention to the channels than to the points. The chapter on 'Genjie' in Miraculous Pivot which records the theory of 'Genjie' has some explanatory notes and loses some writing. It still elaborates centripetal cycle viewpoint. But the points is already clear. The characteristics of five shu points original appeared in Gen, Liu, Zhu, Ru. Biaoben connects with Genjie.
