摘要
在简述细胞色素c的生物功能和结构特征的基础上,综述了细胞色素c突变研究的进展,重点论述了对血红素辅基(heme)的轴向配体Met80、heme所在腔的保守氨基酸残基Tyr67以及蛋白表面的保守氨基酸残基Phe82的突变研究,并对一些突变体蛋白表现出来的特殊性质给予解释。
The biological functions and structure features of cytoehrome c are introduced briefly and the research progress of the mutation of some important amino acids in eytochrome e are reviewed. The mutation researches of the heme axial ligand Met80, the highly conservative amino acids Tyr67 in the heine pocket and Phe82 on the surface of the protein are summarized. The special properties shown by some cytochrome c mutants are explained.
