摘要
信用体系构建在图书馆建设中是一项有意义的制度创新,对于规范用户行为具有重要意义,有助于图书馆构建一个诚信、和谐的服务环境。图书馆用户信用体系移植于经济领域,但在定义、层次、特点及构建模式等方面与经济领域信用制度又有所不同,因此需要根据读者服务工作的特点探索适合图书馆用户信用体系构建的思路。
Building the user credit system is a kind of the institutional innovation for libraries, which has important significance for the specification of the user's behavior,and contributes to build an honest and harmonious service environment. The idea of the user credit system is borrowed from economy field, but the library user credit system has its own features in definition, levels, characteristics and building patterns, and so on. Therefore, characteristics of the reader service work should be taken into account in building the user credit system which is suitable for library users.
