摘要
目前,图书馆均衡发展是相对的,由于各地经济发展不平衡、条件不一致,公共图书馆的服务差异也较大。要解决公共图书馆服务均等化出现的新问题,只有从制订公共图书馆服务标准出发,促进服务能力的提高,为均等化服务创造条件,实现从标准化走向均等化。公共图书馆服务均等化与标准化模式和体系的建立与完善是一个渐进的过程,因此,全面、准确、充分地理解、把握和坚持公共图书馆服务均等化与标准化,不仅是我国图书馆界同仁当前的迫切任务,也是我国公共图书馆事业未来的长期使命。
At present, the balanced development of the library is relative, and economic development all over is uneven, therefore, the public library service is quietly different. To achieve the equalization of public library services will emerge new issues, and only from the formulation of standards for public library services can we create conditions for the equality of services and realize from standardization to equalization. It is a gradual process to establish and improve models and systems of the public library service equalization and standardization, thus to comprehensively, accurately, and fully understand, grasp and uphold the public library service equalization and standardization is not only the current urgent task of the libradanship, but also the long-term mission of the libradanship.
