摘要
宁麦3号小麦幼叶定长前,叶绿体以出芽或均裂为二方式增殖,随后基粒、类囊体片层数增加,体积增大,说明它处于早期发育阶段。叶片定长后10天内,叶绿体发育成熟,与光合速率有关的数量性状(叶绿体大小,基粒数,类囊体垛叠数等)维持一生中最高值。基质电子密度较高,但基粒排列有时不整齐,叶绿体随之发生变形,周围常见小囊泡。叶片定长10天后,叶绿体变小变少,基粒排列紊乱,基质电子密度降低,嗜锇颗粒变大,逐渐趋向衰老。本文还讨论了叶绿体超微结构发育变化的全过程与叶片生长过程及光合、运输的内在联系。
Ultrastructure change of chloroplast in young leaves of Ningmai No.3 wheat wereobserved.The results showed that chloroplast reproduced and developed before leaf fullexpanding,showing that chloroplast was in the young stage.Ten days after leaf full expanding,size of chloroplast,number of grana and granalamelia reached their highest value.During this stage some grana were not arranged inrow.Some small vacuoles were set by the side of chloroplast,suggesting that it was thepathway for photosynthate transfer.Ten days after full expanding,many vacuoles appeared in the cell,then the size ofchloroplast and number of grana decreased,plastoglobuli enlarged,and chloroplastThe results showed that the prosses of leaf growth-expanding,expanding andsenescencc was correllated with the (?)ast(?)ucture of chloroplast.
